Front Office Manager

Stephanie, our esteemed front office manager, hails from the picturesque town of Sheridan, Wyoming, where she was born and raised. With a robust background in community service, Stephanie’s journey to ZFP took her through various roles, including a notable tenure as a Cheerleading coach for the local High School, spanning an impressive 13 years. Additionally, she dedicated her time to serving the community through her work at a local ambulance service until its eventual sale, showcasing her commitment to helping others.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Stephanie’s heart lies in her family and cherished moments spent outside of work. As a proud mother of three wonderful boys, she finds joy in the company of her sons and grandchild. Her eldest, Derek, serves with distinction as an Army 1st Lt officer, recently welcoming his first child into the world with his spouse. Justin, residing in Dickinson, ND, balances his studies while showcasing his athletic prowess on the football field at Dickinson State University. Meanwhile, Brandon, a junior at Sheridan High School, follows in his family’s athletic footsteps, excelling in both football and indoor/outdoor track.

In her leisure time, Stephanie finds solace and fulfillment in attending her sons’ numerous athletic events, cheering them on with unwavering support. Her warm demeanor, coupled with a dash of humor, creates an inviting atmosphere for everyone who steps foot into ZFP, embodying the essence of comfort and camaraderie within the clinic’s walls. Stephanie’s dedication to both her professional duties and her loved ones reflects her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those around her.

Toni Orum

APRN, FNP-C

Toni Orum Zaske, hailing from Sheridan, Wyoming, has always called it home. Together with her husband, Ray, and their family, including son Cody, daughter-in-law Misty, and son Cole, she finds solace and joy in outdoor activities like fishing, camping, and hiking. Their adventures are shared not only with each other but also with their four dogs, three cats, and a lizard, all of whom hold a special place in Toni’s heart.

In her professional life, Toni’s journey as a Nurse Practitioner began in 2018. Over the years, she has gained invaluable experience in diverse healthcare settings, ranging from a cancer center to rural urgent care. Her dedication extends to providing essential exams for veterans seeking compensation and pension, offering telemedicine services, and working with special populations, including incarcerated individuals. Continuously updating her knowledge base, Toni ensures her clinic remains a haven for those seeking compassionate care.

Toni’s passion for healthcare stems from her genuine desire to assist others in achieving their best health. With a keen interest in staying abreast of medical advancements, she tirelessly researches new treatments. Her career choice was affirmed early on, and today, she remains committed to making a positive impact in healthcare. Outside of work, Toni’s life revolves around her family and the beauty of nature, where she finds inspiration and rejuvenation.

Saije Pollard

BSN

Saije, hailing from Sheridan, Wyoming, is a dedicated healthcare professional with a fervent commitment to holistic wellness. Graduating from Big Horn High School ahead of schedule, she embarked on her journey into the medical field, completing her nursing education at Sheridan College before attaining her Bachelor’s degree from Montana State University Billings. With a solid foundation of seven years of nursing experience under her belt, Saije is currently pursuing her doctorate at Montana State University, driven by her belief that informed patients are empowered patients. Her expertise spans a wide array of specialties, including weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, perimenopause, primary care, mental health needs, aesthetic services, and gynecological care.

In her profession, Saije’s inspiration stems from her passion for holistic wellness, which permeates her approach to patient care. She places a premium on listening attentively to her patients, treating each individual with personalized attention, and collaborating with her team to ensure that every patient’s journey is positive and memorable. Encouraging her patients with the mantra that the wellness journey is akin to a marathon rather than a sprint, she draws from her own experiences, emphasizing perseverance and resilience. Saije’s dedication to continuous learning and self-improvement reflects her personal philosophy of embracing challenges and seeking growth daily.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Saije finds joy and fulfillment in the company of her loved ones. Whether spending quality time with her parents, grandparents, or her boyfriend Tyler, she cherishes the bonds that enrich her life. Her adventurous spirit finds expression in travel and hunting, pursuits that offer her opportunities to explore new landscapes and connect with nature. Jessica Bettles

Part Time RN

Jessica calls Sheridan, WY her home. She has three amazing children and is engaged to be married to her fiance Steve.

After graduating high school, she moved to Kansas where she began her career in healthcare. She received her CNA, LPN, and finally her RN.

Jessica has now served her Sheridan community for 12 years as an RN. She currently works at Sheridan Memorial Hospital. She joins the ZFP family as a part time RN.

When not working, she enjoys riding on the Harley with her fiance Steve. She also loves spending time with her kids, family, and friends.

Jean Hall

CCMA

Jean embarked on her journey in the healthcare field with a passion for nursing, a dream she nurtured since early adulthood. Despite being a devoted mother and wife, she initially pursued a Bachelor’s in Nursing but had to pause her studies. Undeterred, she later resumed her professional pursuits, attaining her EMT certification and serving as an EMT for five years. Building on this experience, she furthered her qualifications by obtaining her CCMA certification, marking a significant milestone in her career. Her dedication led her to specialize in family health, where she has since made meaningful contributions.

Inspired by her desire to help others and make a difference in their lives, Jean found fulfillment in the healthcare industry. Her favorite aspect of her profession lies in the opportunity to provide compassionate care and support to individuals and families during vulnerable moments. Whether administering medical assistance as an EMT or offering clinical expertise as a CCMA, Jean’s commitment to improving the well-being of others remains unwavering.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Jean finds joy and fulfillment in her personal life. Residing in Buffalo, Wyoming, with her partner Rohy and cherished fur baby Poppy, she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones. Her world revolves around her two children and grandchildren, whom she adores dearly. Whether casting a line while fishing, cheering on her grandchildren at sporting events, or simply relishing quiet moments at home with Rohy and Poppy, Jean finds solace and happiness in the simple pleasures of life.

Annabelle Orum

MA

Annabelle, a recent high school graduate from Sheridan, Wyoming, is carving her path in the healthcare industry with determination and compassion. As a Medical Assistant at ZFP, she embodies the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth, bringing laughter and empathy to both clients and colleagues alike. Annabelle’s dedication to her work is evident in her unwavering commitment to providing top-notch care to those in need.

Outside the confines of the clinic, Annabelle finds solace and joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether it’s basking in the company of her loved ones, exploring the great outdoors through camping adventures, or gliding across serene waters on a paddle board, she cherishes every moment spent outside of her professional duties. Her roots in Wyoming ground her, infusing her with a strong sense of community and appreciation for nature’s beauty.

Despite her youthful age, Annabelle’s maturity and ambition shine brightly as she forges ahead on her journey towards a fulfilling career in healthcare. Michelle Robinson

Marketing

Michelle has dedicated 22 years of her career to the School District in Sheridan, where she has passionately worked with children who have multi handicaps and autism. Currently, she serves as the Librarian Media Tech Paraprofessional, ensuring students have access to a wealth of knowledge and resources. In addition to her role at the school, Michelle also dedicates part of her time to Zorumske Family Practice, where she contributes her skills and expertise. Furthermore, she is furthering her education by pursuing a degree in Medical Coding/Billing at the University Of Cincinnati (UC), showcasing her commitment to personal and professional growth.

Originally from Wyoming, Michelle has deep roots in Sheridan and proudly calls it her home. She has woven herself into the fabric of the community, both through her work and her personal life. Alongside her professional pursuits, Michelle shares her home with a lively bunch consisting of a dog named Cora, two cats named Talya and Mr. Wuzzle, and a guinea pig named Winnie. Her love for animals mirrors her compassionate nature and adds an extra layer of warmth to her household.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Michelle finds joy in spending quality time with her family and friends. She thrives on creating memorable moments through planning gatherings and parties, where she can bring people together in celebration and camaraderie. Her vibrant spirit and dedication to both her career and personal life make Michelle a valued member of the Sheridan community.

Elizabeth is a dedicated individual who provides housekeeping services within our business since 2024. Born and raised in the heart of Texas, Elizabeth’s roots run deep in her hometown. Her journey to our town reflects a pursuit of stability and opportunity, anchoring her family in a community where they could thrive.

Beyond her professional commitments, Elizabeth’s personal life is rich with family connections. She cherishes her role as a mother to three children: Dana, Toni, and Thomas. Her love extends to her eight grandchildren, with whom she eagerly spends her free time, relishing in their laughter and creating lasting memories together.

When Elizabeth isn’t diligently attending to her responsibilities, she finds solace in simple pleasures.
